Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 23 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Eufori Tech Private Limited (“Eufori Tech”, “we”, “us”), Vaiyapuri Nagar, Kurumbapalayam, Coimbatore 641 107, Tamil Nadu, India, for your use of the Eufori GPS Camera app (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Our Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information and forms part of these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are under that age (18 in India), you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you. If you use the app for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

2. Licence to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal or business purposes, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from.

The app, its design, templates, code and the “Eufori” name and marks belong to Eufori Tech or its licensors. These terms don’t give you any right to them beyond this licence.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the app to break any law, or to photograph people or places where you have no right to;
  • alter, fake or misrepresent a photo’s stamp, location or time to deceive anyone, or present a stamp as something it isn’t;
  • copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or crack the app, or get around Premium, ads or licence checks, except as the law expressly allows;
  • remove or hide copyright, trademark or map-attribution notices;
  • use the app in any way that harms the app, our servers or other users.

4. Location, time and address: please check before you rely on them

The stamp shows information from your phone and from third parties:

  • GPS location comes from your phone. Its accuracy depends on your device, signal, buildings, weather and settings. The app shows the reported accuracy (for example ±8 m), but the real error can be larger.
  • Time comes from your phone’s clock and time zone unless the app says otherwise.
  • Addresses come from your phone’s geocoding service (Google on Android, Apple on iOS) and may be approximate, out of date or missing, especially in rural areas.
  • Maps use OpenStreetMap data, which volunteers maintain and which may be incomplete.

A stamp is not a certified or tamper-proof record of where or when a photo was taken. You are responsible for checking it before you rely on it, for example as evidence, in a report, or for billing or compliance.

5. Your photos and content

Your photos, projects and notes are yours. They stay on your device. We don’t receive them, and we claim no rights in them. You are responsible for backing them up: if you delete the app or lose your phone, we cannot recover them.

6. Premium

The app is free with ads. Premium removes ads and the watermark and unlocks all templates and features listed in the app. It is offered as:

  • Yearly: an auto-renewing subscription. It renews each year at the price shown, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • 1-Year Pass: a one-time purchase that gives Premium for one year and does not renew.

Payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play and charged to your store account. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Taxes are included where the store requires it.

Cancelling: manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it. After cancelling, Premium continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. We can’t issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.

Price changes: we may change prices. A change to your subscription follows the store’s rules, including any notice or consent the store requires.

Restoring: use Restore purchases in the app to restore Premium on a new phone signed in to the same store account.

Free unlocks: in the free version, watching a rewarded ad may unlock a premium template for a limited time, as shown in the app.

7. Ads

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. We never show ads on the camera screen. Ads are subject to the consent choices described in our Privacy Policy. We aren’t responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they lead to.

8. Third-party services

The app relies on services we don’t control:

  • your phone’s geocoding service
  • OpenFreeMap map tiles
  • OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence)
  • Google Firebase, Google AdMob and RevenueCat
  • the App Store and Google Play

Their own terms apply to their services. If one changes or stops, parts of the app (such as addresses or maps) may stop working.

9. App Store terms (iOS)

If you got the app from Apple’s App Store:

  • These terms are between you and Eufori Tech only, not Apple. Eufori Tech, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
  • Your licence is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as the App Store Usage Rules allow.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  • If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
  • Eufori Tech, not Apple, is responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection or privacy claims.
  • Eufori Tech, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and handling any claim that the app infringes someone’s intellectual property.
  • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of the app, and some features may need a current version or an internet connection. We try to keep the core camera working offline, but we don’t promise the app will always be available or error-free.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows:

  • Eufori Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or photos, arising from your use of the app or reliance on its stamps.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) ₹1,000 (or US$10).

Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Eufori Tech against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the app, including photos you take or how you use them.

14. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. Sections 4, 5 and 11 to 17 continue after termination. Ending the licence doesn’t by itself cancel a store subscription: cancel it in your store account.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app. If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

17. General

  • Severability: if any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
  • Entire agreement: these terms, the Privacy Policy and the store’s terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the app.
  • No waiver: if we don’t enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • Assignment: we may transfer these terms as part of a merger or sale; you may not transfer them without our consent.
